Our mission is to provide individuals of all fitness levels—from beginners to advanced athletes—with the tools, support, and knowledge needed to achieve their health and wellness goals. Whether you’re looking to improve mobility, build strength, lose weight, or enhance performance in a specific sport, we tailor every program to fit your unique needs.
We specialize in women’s-only training, functional fitness, sport-specific training, goal-oriented coaching, and occupational fitness—all grounded in a strong sense of community and a commitment to personalized care. Every program we offer is designed to help you move better, feel better, and live better.

With over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness field, Danielle is deeply committed to empowering both employers and communities to understand and address the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH). As the CEO and owner of Humankind Health Consulting, LLC, Danielle has worked extensively with mid- to large-sized companies, providing expertise in wellness program development, group exercise, personal training, and health consulting.
Danielle’s passion lies in building bridges to health by helping organizations and communities identify and address the factors that impact overall well-being. With a natural ability to engage with people, she fosters trust and cultivates environments that encourage personal and organizational growth.
Currently, Danielle is pursuing a master’s degree in Public Health, with a focus on Behavioral Health, at Kent State University. This advanced education enhances her ability to develop evidence-based strategies that promote health equity and sustainable wellness practices.
